Our main business is organized in two divisions: metal printing and tinplate packaging production. The tinplate packaging division includes more than 600 types of cans such as chemical paint cans, edible oil cans, candy cans, food cans, alcohol cans, tea cans, drug cans, trays, ice buckets, stationery boxes, gift boxes and more.

The metal printing operation includes tinplate printing and galvanized iron printing, which is commonly used for the decoration and labeling of spray cans, batteries, rice cookers, bottle caps, food cans, chemical product cans, home appliance casings, and many other metal production operations.

    2. Material: Tinplate of food grade (0.23mm-0.30 mm)
      Surface printing: CMYK+Pantone (Surface can be printed with pictures and logos supplied by the customer.)
      Surface effect: You can choose glossy, matte, 3D laser, wood, relief and more.
      Sample time: About 10 days after designing.
      Delivery time: 20-30 days after sample approval (according to the single order)

      Size: You can check our dimension reference table, and we can open a mold based on customer requirements.

      Surface printing: CMYK+Pantone (Surface can be printed with pictures and logos offered by customer.)
      Surface effect: You can choose glossy, matte, 3D laser, wood and more.

    2. Material: Tinplate (with thickness ranging between 0.30mm and 0.35 mm, or customized)
      Surface printing: CMYK+Pantone (The surface is conducive to picture and logo printing when they are offered by the customer)
      Surface effect: Glossy, matte, 3D laser, wood, relief, wrinkles and more.
      Delivery time: 20-30 days after the sample approval (depending on when the order is placed)

    2. Options for customization include colors, patterns, and surface effects (such as relief effect, hollowed out effect and carving), all based on customer requirements. Finished custom screw caps are used on a number of different products, including cosmetics containers, liquor bottles, tinplate bottles, glass bottles and more.
